Recipe for chia pudding with spirulina, mango and kiwi fruit
- Half can of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
- 1 mango
- 1 kiwi
- Pinch of spirulina powder
A method of preparing:
Pour the milk, chia seeds and agava syrup into a saucepan. Cook for about 5 minutes
After it has cooled down, put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
In the meantime, dice the kiwi and mango. Blend the other half of the mango into a mousse.
When the coconut milk is thick, divide it into two parts and add a pinch of spirulina to one of them. Put all the ingredients in a glass one by one, creating any layers
