Recipe for chia pudding with berries


  • Half can of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
  • A handful of blackberry
  • A handful of blueberry
  • A handful of strawberry
A method of preparing:
Pour the milk, chia seeds and agave syrup into a saucepan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
After it has cooled down, put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
In the meantime blend some blackberry, blueberry and strawberry  into a mousse and leave the rest in pieces to put on top.
When the coconut milk is thick put all the ingredients in a glass one by one, creating any layers
