Broccoli and cauliflower vegan cream soup
- Broccoli – 1 head
- Cauliflower – 1/2 head
- Vegan broth – 1 liter Recipe for aromatic vegan broth – My Simply Food
- Garlic -1 clov
- Dill -1/2 bunch
- Coconut milk -0.5 cans
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
A method if preparing:
Put the shredded cauliflower and broccoli into the cooked broth and cook until soft.
Add the pressed garlic, finely chopped dill and mix everything with a blender.
Season with salt, pepper and add coconut milk.
