Recipe for green shake with spirulina
1/2 large pear
1 medium-length greenhouse cucumber
1/2 bunch of parsley
a glass of apple juice
flat teaspoon of spirulina
Wash all fruits and peel the kiwi. Dice. Put pear, cucumber and apple juice into the blender. Blend. Then add the kiwi, parsley and spirulina. Blend again.
