Recipe for green shake with spirulina

✅1/2 large pear
✅1 medium-length greenhouse cucumber
(with skin)
✅1 kiwi
✅1/2 bunch of parsley
✅a glass of apple juice
✅flat teaspoon of spirulina
Preparation method:
Wash all fruits and peel the kiwi. Dice. Put pear, cucumber and apple juice into the blender. Blend. Then add the kiwi, parsley and spirulina. Blend again.
