Recipe for multi-vegetable juice
Ingredients:
- 4 carrots
- 1/2 pepper
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 cm of ginger
- 3 apples
- 2 beets
- A handful of spinach
- A handful of kale
- A handful of watercress
- A few parsley twigs
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 large leaves of sweetheart cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic
A method of preparing:
Thoroughly wash all vegetables, cut and squeeze through the juicer.
